Whole wheat spaghetti in a sauce of braised onions and anchovy paste

Homemade pasta layered with beef and veal ragu, fresh tomato sauce, béchamel and 24-month aged parmesan
Secondi piatti / Second courses Seppia alla veneziana
Cuttlefish, a member of the squid and calamari family, in black ink sauce Fegato di vitello alla veneziana
Calf’s liver sautéed with onion and peanuts, served with polenta
