To guarantee the reservation, the insertion of a credit card number is required.

The booking system will not charge your card.

It is possible to cancel or modify a reservation without any charge by contacting us at least 12 hours in advance of the booked time on +390415222170, by email olivanera@me.com or you can cancel the reservation by connecting to the link at the bottom of the booking confirmation email.

In case of cancellation with more than 12 hours notice, no amount will be charged.

In case of no-show or cancellation less than 12 hours in advance of the booking date, a penalty of 50€ per person will be charged.

In case of delay, we ask you to notify us on +390415222170 or by email olivanera@me.com.

A delay of more than 30 minutes, without notice, will be considered a No Show and 50€ per person will be charged to the credit card.

In the event that, without having communicated it, the number of guests is lower than those of the reservation, a no-show penalty of 50€ per person will be applied for missing guests.
